Announcement: Permanent Closing of Monta Chaya and Opening of Shogun Ramen Shogun Ramen Las Vegas

We regret to inform you that Monta Chaya has permanently closed its doors. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and patronage over the years.

However, we are excited to announce the opening of our new ramen restaurant, Shogun Ramen! With a commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients, Shogun Ramen is dedicated to providing you with an authentic and delicious ramen experience.

Our new menu will feature a variety of mouthwatering ramen dishes, including Tonkotsu, Shoyu, Miso, and Spicy options, In addition to ramen, we'll offer a range of delightful appetizers and side dishes to complement your meal.

Shogun Ramen will be opening on July 15,2023 at the same location previously occupied by Monta Chaya. We can't wait to serve you and share our passion for ramen with you all.
